“At Emmaworld02, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying any paid digital product.

1. Digital Products
All paid products sold through our Gumroad store are digital downloads (such as SVG/PNG design bundles). Because these files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.

2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction)
• The files you received are corrupted, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on the product page
• You did not receive access to your purchase within 24 hours of payment, and our support was unable to resolve the issue

3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at emmaworld02@divinemaxim.com, including your order number/receipt from Gumroad and a brief explanation of the issue.

4. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through Gumroad and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment method and bank.

5. Gumroad’s Own Policies
Purchases are also subject to Gumroad’s own terms and buyer protection policies, which apply in addition to this policy.
